Description of Barbati beach
Barbati is a long white-pebble beach beneath the imposing slopes of Mount Pantokrator. Its transparent blue water and mountainous backdrop make it one of the most distinctive beaches on Corfu’s northeast coast.
The beach offers organised areas with sunbeds, umbrellas, restaurants and beach bars, alongside quieter stretches. The water generally becomes deep quite quickly, which is excellent for confident swimmers and snorkelling but requires care when visiting with very young children.
