Booking terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to direct bookings made through the official Coryfes Luxury Apartments website, by telephone, by email or through another direct communication channel.
By completing a booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, the cancellation policy and the property’s house rules.
2. Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- the guest’s required information has been provided correctly,
- the total cost of the stay has been paid, and
- a booking confirmation or voucher has been issued.
Guests are responsible for checking the dates, selected apartment, number of guests, personal information and total price before completing their booking.
3. Prices and payment
Full prepayment of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation.
Prices are displayed in euros and include, or separately identify, the taxes and charges applicable at the time of booking. Optional services not included in the original price will be charged only after the guest has been informed and has accepted the additional cost.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed during the booking process.
4. Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 5 full days before the scheduled arrival date.
In this case, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the relevant bank or payment provider.
If the booking is cancelled less than 5 full days before the scheduled arrival date, the total booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
The cancellation time is the date and time at which the property receives the written cancellation request by email or through the booking management system.
5. No-show and early departure
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the total booking amount will be charged.
No refund will be provided for an early departure, late arrival or any confirmed nights or services that the guest does not use.
6. Booking changes
Requests to change the dates, apartment type or number of guests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved in writing by the property.
A price difference may apply. If the new rate is higher, the guest must pay the difference. Changes of date may not be used to avoid the applicable cancellation policy.
7. Cancellation by the property
In the exceptional event that the property is unable to honour a confirmed booking, the guest will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and any amount paid for services that cannot be provided will be refunded.
Where possible, the property may propose alternative dates or alternative accommodation. The guest is not required to accept the proposed alternative.
